the christmas play

Logan's acting debut was a huge success last Sunday during our church's Christmas play.

He was incredibly convincing in his role as a shepherd. It's obvious from the photo that he got into character, delivering a convincing portrayal of a reaction to the angel's proclaimation of Christ's birth.

Naw, just kidding. He's actually reaching out and tearfully saying "Mama."

Haha, the famous church Christmas play. The kids' expressions range from terror to boredom to irritation....but rarely do you see a smile...wonder why we keep doing this? Does it build character?

Hey Lisa, on Christmas day when you felt Mr. Nibbles butt and thought his feathers had been cut. I think you felt the start of new feathers because he has two tiny feathers emerging. I took pictures. I will do a post showing the growth process as soon as the feathers are complete. Now that is something to look forward to.
